The ideal training frequency depends on your individual goals and fitness level. Here's a general guideline:
Athletes competing or practicing:
Aim for 2-3 times per week for optimal performance gains.
3 times is ideal, but 2 times still offers progress.
1 time per week helps maintain existing fitness levels.
Performance Fitness Class:
Most clients attend 3 times per week.
Clients with specific performance goals may train up to 5 times per week.
Remember, the more you train, the better the results you'll see.
Missing an occasional session is completely normal. Just pick up where you left off at your next session. However, consistently missing sessions can hinder your progress.
