I created my Get Started package as the perfect entry point into the JSI system. It’s designed for us to identify your unique areas for improvement in athleticism, mechanics, and mental toughness. We’ll begin with a free consultation and move into personalized 1-on-1 training. I’ll also provide a custom strength program and nutritional plan to build your foundation.
